According to international innovation expert Jay Rao , “innovation leaders must think and act entrepreneurially and have a firm grasp of strategy and culture.” Innovation involves uncertainty and ambiguity but it is the best way to retain and motivate talent within the organization, as it reinforces values and, therefore, the culture of innovation.
