Valkiria held its first two hybrid events, which have become a trend in Barcelona.
Being part of the transformation is inscribed in Valkyrie’s DNA. For some time now, we have been making leaps into the future of events and this undoubtedly translates into the realization of
Hybrid Events
. Today we can say with great satisfaction that Valkyrie held its first two mega hybrid events in the month of July and we want to share it with everyone.
Massive event
Innovation and talent are fundamental for Valkiria IFF – Institute For Futures, and that’s why on July 2nd the event SUPERMINDS. On this occasion, we brought together more than 50 experts in the humanization of technology, Collective Intelligence, Massive Transformation and Sustainable Future who, from their areas of expertise, shared with more than 650 attendees via streaming all their progress and projects.
Valkiria’s first hybrid event spared no effort to ensure that, in direct and live connection with national and international speakers, it was of the highest quality and dissemination, so that with more than 12 hours of continuous online content, attendees could see everything that was happening from the set of Valkyrie IFF.
“For Valkiria IFF and Hubspace, having the ability to continue to offer unique experiences to our entire community in a safe, efficient way and making use of technology to bring them the best content, is very satisfying as it puts us at the forefront of the needs of Barcelona and the MICE sector,” comments Yolanda Triviño CEO and Founder of Valkiria IFF
Connected cities
Valkiria’s second hybrid event took place on July 15, when Travel Advisors Guild entrusted it with the task of carrying out its Re-Encuentro entre amigos, in which, thanks to the collaboration of various players in the MICE sector, they created the event Dando la Cara.
The challenge this time was not to organize a hybrid event to reach a community of users by streaming, but to connect three cities where they could meet and share the news and experiences of the members of the sector. Bilbao, Madrid and Barcelona: this reunion with friends was the safest and most efficient way to bring together more than 200 people simultaneously.
Valkiria was the epicenter from which the technological set-up was carried out, which made possible, together with the collaboration of the respective managers of Bilbao and Madrid, the connection between the attendees.
“Our main idea is to be able to show all members of the MICE sector, customers and especially Barcelona, the possibilities and the ability to bequeath to many attendees through hybrid events, made with all the security measures so that both those who attend in person and the team, we feel comfortable and safe. We know that hybrid events are a trend, but few have been able to enjoy their potential and quality.“adds Alexánder Arnal, CEO of Valkiria Hub Space.
In both hybrid events, we had the collaboration, talent and experience of Rental SP, who from the technological structure were able to make these projects a reality, and allowed more than 800 people to connect in the safety of their homes, offices or spaces in Spain and other parts of the world.
