Imperial assembly

In the imperial setup, the chairs are distributed around a table, which can be of different shapes, the most common are rectangular and oval, and it is recommended that the width of the table be no wider than 1.50 meters to facilitate communication among the participants. This proposal is ideal for meetings, company dinners and board meetings, etc.

Auditorium assembly

The auditorium set-up is done with chairs that should be placed side by side in either straight or circular rows, facing the front of the main hall or stage. It is ideal when you have a small space and a large number of attendees. It is used, above all, in conferences, seminars, informative meetings, exhibitions, concerts, theatrical performances.

The school assembly

This is one of the types of set-ups recommended for long events and where attendees will take notes. Since it consists of tables and chairs oriented in the same direction towards the speaker’s location. This is the one we use the most for training and workshops.

Horseshoe assembly

As its name indicates, the distribution of the chairs and tables form a U or horseshoe, placing the participants on the outside of the tables, with an empty square in the center, thus, the two ends of the horseshoe will be facing each other, being able to easily discuss between them or listen to any presentation. It is often used for assemblies, discussions and meetings.

Banquet set-up

For this set-up we usually use round tables, since it allows a perfect communication between the diners as they are all at the same distance from the center. This is the most common set-up for company dinners.
