A meeting promoted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">City Council of Barcelona<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barcelonactiva.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Barcelona<\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Valkiria en BIZBARCELONA 21\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9wX1PlC6C9w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Valkyrie at Biz Barcelona<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/valkiriahubspace.com\/\">Valkiria Group<\/a> &#8216;s participation in the event was once again active and influential. We were present during the three days, being part of the experience that brought together in the same space more than <strong>120 conferences with the participation of 300 speakers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We started the first day with a<strong> program designed from Valkiria<\/strong>, together with partners, three hours of presentations by the best experts. A day known as <strong>&#8216;Xcentric Talent Sessions&#8217;<\/strong> and moderated from start to finish by <a href=\"https:\/\/jesusgalangalan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Jes\u00fas Gal\u00e1n<\/a>, event presenter and speaker, who imbued the audience with good vibes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Speeches to encourage talent and the future of work<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We started with the intervention of<a href=\"https:\/\/iolandatrivino.com\/sobre-mi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Iolanda Trivi\u00f1o<\/a>, CEO of Valkiria Group, who shared her experience in innovation issues focused on current affairs, together with strategic partners.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The first presentation under the concept &#8216;How to attract talent through values&#8217; was led by Esther Hierro, Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinva.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">MARINVA<\/a>, David Alonso, Co-Founder of<a href=\"https:\/\/zinquo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Zinquo<\/a> and Ram\u00f3n Mart\u00ednez CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polx.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">POLx<\/a>. A presentation led by interactivity and dynamics with the audience, which allowed networking and reflection through values. He offered to the public the conference <strong>&#8216;Select talent for your company like Silicon Valley startups&#8217;<\/strong>. With a great intervention of the public through questions that encouraged reflection in those present.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dionisguzman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Dinon\u00eds Guzm\u00e1n<\/a>, director of ISDI Barcelona, closed the morning with the last presentation; <strong>&#8216;Discover the essential skills demanded by today&#8217;s market&#8217;<\/strong>. With his professionalism and charisma he made the room fill up in a matter of minutes.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Creation of an innovation community  <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">BizBarcelona is composed, on the one hand, of conferences with professional content by experts, and on the other hand, an exhibition area made up of different companies, organizations and institutions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Valkiria was present at Booth 225, a space characterized by activities aimed at the more than 9,000 attendees of the global event. We exchanged ideas and perspectives for improvement in the MICE sector.
