Bistrot by Valkiria<\/a><\/strong> ups the gastronomic ante. We opened ours a few weeks ago and the truth is that we are delighted. The team is great, with
\n Fran Boronat<\/a>
\n<\/strong> as restaurant coordinator we will organize cooking workshops with children, Team Building<\/strong> with gastronomic dynamics, our Hub Meals<\/strong>, wine tastings, acoustic concerts and events of any nature.<\/p>\n

In addition to Fran, there is Pedro<\/strong>, our fantastic cook who, luckily, in addition to making delicious dishes and improving himself day by day, always prepares healthy and balanced dishes.<\/p>\n

Our mission is to be
\n Bistrot by Valkiria<\/strong>
\n<\/em> to be a restaurant where you can go to eat every day.<\/p>\n

With a healthy menu and fresh and seasonal products, eating out becomes a healthy experience, with a strong commitment to creativity, breaking the myth that healthy food is synonymous with bland and boring food<\/del>.<\/p>\n

That’s why we invite you all to come and try our breakfasts, with incredible sandwiches and smoothies<\/em> a variety of teas and infusions from Sans & Sans, coffees from El Magnifico and, of course, to taste our lunch menus, with some of the most delicious and delicious very competitive prices<\/em> (6,50\u20ac, 8\u20ac and 12\u20ac) and healthy, tasty and original dishes.<\/p>\n

Besides, as Fran says,
\n intellectual work makes our brains require glucose.<\/em>
\n<\/strong> and, once you try Pedro’s homemade desserts, we couldn’t agree more.<\/p>\n
