Babson College Boston University (USA)<\/a> and Valkiria<\/a> join forces to launch, for the first time in Barcelona-Europe, the Innovation Sandbox Program. It is a program on new models of corporate innovation, certified by Babson College, the world’s leading school in entrepreneurship and innovation, and developed by the guru and professor of Strategy and Innovation, Jay Rao<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Today, companies want to be more innovative in the hope of discovering the elixir of success. Everyone talks in their organizations that they need to be more innovative, that innovation is the key… but is the meaning of ‘Innovation’ really known? Do you know what are the steps to follow to ‘Innovate’? What is the purpose of innovation? How is it measured? What is an innovation business model?<\/strong> And, most importantly, what is ‘Culture’?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Innovation<\/strong> is a change of mindset and behavior and is driven by the organizational culture<\/strong> – the heart of the company<\/strong> – which is defined as the values and attitudes of the people who are part of the organization. Innovation is not an invention but a discipline<\/strong>, a process to improve a company’s products and services by adding value to society.<\/p>\n
